
Seven Seas Rebranding
Seven Seas, formerly known as "I Am Water," is an ocean conservation organization dedicated to promoting conservation through transformative ocean experiences. The project involves developing a new logo design that will be effective across digital media, collateral, web platforms, and social media. Additionally, the task includes creating a comprehensive branding system that reflects the organization's values and goals. This branding system will be encapsulated in a brand style guide, which will feature the company’s mission statement, vision, typefaces, logo variations, color palette, guidelines for usage, and web form specifications.​​

My Goals
My objective is to develop a design system that is both youthful and impactful. The design concept will incorporate a modern aesthetic with playful elements. The logo will feature a straightforward ocean-related symbol that reflects the company's mission, blending both literal and abstract representations.

Process and Sketches
AftAfter evaluating various name options, I selected "Seven Seas" to reflect the organization’s commitment to protecting the seven seas. Given the prevalence of generic ocean-themed logos featuring waves and water, my objective is to develop a design that is both distinctive and memorable.


New Logo
The icon incorporates wave motifs to form the letter "S," with its lower portion designed to echo the rhythm of the waves.

Stationary and Merchandise
The stationery is designed to align with the brand’s identity while ensuring clear and effective communication. The business cards reflect Seven Seas' dynamic and engaging character, embodying simplicity to convey the organization’s essence. Additionally, a wide range of merchandise is available to support and engage our followers and supporters.​
